Depois de 2 semanas que enviei um "olá" para minha futura familia australiana, eis a resposta:

Dear Luciana,
The reason you did not get a fast reply, was because we were away on holiday in Thailand.
You were correct in your google search. Our house is on a cliff edge, & your room has an amazing view of the Tasman Sea.
We have been accepting homestay students for the past 20 years, so we have hosted over 300 girls. Many Brazilians, but mostly from Japan Korea & Thailand, because those countries are all about 9 hours flying time from Australia.
You have a very long flight from Brazil ahead of you.
Do not worry,, Ruth loves talking & advising our girls about everything,& I enjoy helping. I can not send photos at this time, so bring your camera & you can take them yourself,
Remember ro bring a Portuguese/ English translater or dictionary, Tell your parents not to worry as you will be well taken care of, & S.E.L.C. are sending you to their number 1 homestay. See you soon
